To accommodate your individual needs and preferences, we offer two flexible purchasing options: Lay-By Plans and Fixed Price Plans. Below you'll find a simple guide to these options, including key terms and conditions to consider.

Lay-By Plan: Secure and Simple 

• Start with a 25% Deposit: Kick off your lay-by plan with a fifth of the total price.

• 3-months to Pay: Spread the cost over 4 instalments for budgeting ease.

• Reserved Just for You: Your chosen item is kept aside, awaiting your final payment.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancelling a lay-by may incur up to a 20% fee of the total price, depending on when you cancel.

Fixed Price Plan: Flexible and Assured

• Lock in Today's Price with a 10% Deposit: Protect yourself against price hikes.

• No Reservation Required: Enjoy the freedom of not having an item set aside while still securing the current price.

• Cancel Anytime: Change your mind? No problem, it's hassle-free with a minor administrative fee of R250.

• 6 Months to Complete Payment: Start with a Fixed Price Plan and combine it with a Lay-By to secure your price for 6 months, giving you ample time to complete your payments.

Take Away from our T&C’s

• Product Availability: We cannot guarantee availability for Fixed Price Plans. If the item is sold out, you can select an alternative or receive a refund.

• Item Eligibility: Not every item is eligible for lay-by or fixed price due to cost constraints. For these items, you can opt to make two equal payments, completing the purchase by the end of the month following your initial 50% deposit.

• View Before You Buy: We recommend viewing the items in-store to ensure they meet your expectations before you lay-by; our e-commerce Free-Return policy does not apply to lay-byes or Fixed Price plans.

• Return Policy: Our standard free return policy does not apply to Lay-By purchases. Should any damage occur while in our care, it will be addressed in accordance with our repair or replacement policy.
