Our terms and conditions are designed to be simple and user-friendly, ensuring a transparent and fair experience for all.

We believe in keeping our T&Cs simple and transparent for our customers.

We want to assure you that our terms and conditions are fully compliant with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and other relevant regulations.

Cancellation: 

You can cancel your order at any time free of charge, by sending us an email to info@furnitureclearance.

Delivery: 

Your order will be delivered in your home, the room of your choice, provided doing so doesn’t put members of the delivery team or goods at risk of possible injury or damage. Once in your home, the delivery team is under your responsibility. If you aren’t available on the day, ensure an adult you trust is present. Any adult found in the home will be considered duly authorised to receive your order.


Consolidated delivery;  Orders heading to the same area are grouped together on a single load. This option is free of charge, but it does require patience and flexibility. Your delivery will take place on a weekday, between 10:00 AM and 16:00 PM, within 7 to 10 working days after placing your order. We will confirm the exact delivery date and estimated time of arrival (ETA) at least two days in advance.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we kindly ask for your understanding that certain factors beyond our control may occasionally cause delays to the ETA. For your convenience, our driver will give you a call when they are approximately 30 minutes away from your home. Please note that if access cannot be granted within 30 minutes after the driver's arrival, the delivery team will need to proceed with their schedule to avoid further delays for other deliveries. In such cases, your delivery may need to be rescheduled or cancelled.

 

Same-day delivery; Orders received before 11:00 AM will be dispatched on the same day, with the exception of Sundays and public holidays. Orders received after this time will be dispatched on the following day. 

 

Planned delivery; Choose the day of your delivery, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Note that while you can select the day, we are unable to provide a specific delivery time.

To safeguard our business model and ensure our customers can fully enjoy its benefits, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards scammers, time wasters, and "no show" incidents. In such cases, we reserve the right to impose a penalty to cover any costs incurred, including but not limited to banking and actual delivery expenses. This approach enables us to maintain the integrity of our operations and continue providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Damages:

For your peace of mind, we highly recommend inspecting the goods together with our delivery team upon receipt. In the event that any product(s) arrive damaged, please promptly return them to our delivery team. We kindly ask that you report any damaged products within 72 hours of delivery. You have two options for resolution: you can return the damaged item(s) to our store located at 49 Woburn Avenue (excluding Sundays and public holidays) for a full refund, including delivery fees, or you can request an exchange. 


Returns:

Under our Free Return Policy, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you have the option to return the item(s) immediately with our delivery team or within 7 days to our store located at 49 Woburn Avenue (excluding Sundays and public holidays) for a full refund, including delivery fees.

Note that our Free Return Policy does not apply to products that have been exchanged, sold in-store, assembled, customized, and/or made-to-order.

To ensure a smooth return process, we strongly recommend being present at home on the day of delivery. If you find that the item(s) does not meet your expectations, simply return them to our delivery team.

​

For a successful return, all item(s) must be in an unused condition, free of any damage, and should not have any odor, stains, or signs of wear. In the case of mattresses, they must be returned in their original unsealed packaging for hygienic reasons. If the original packaging has been removed for other furniture, please ensure that it is re-packed securely to prevent any damage during the return. Kindly note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns where the product is damaged and/or appears to have been used.

Refunds: 

We aim to process refunds promptly, within five business days from the date of return.

​

Warranty: 

We take pride in the quality of our furniture, which is why we offer a warranty that provides coverage for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year, starting from the date of delivery. However, please note that our warranty does not cover foam and filling materials, normal wear and tear, or defects or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, or commercial purposes. We are committed to addressing any concerns you may have within the scope of our warranty coverage.
